Products Description

Automatic door air shower for clean room

Air shower is able to clean the surface of human body and products, preventing the unclean air invade into the room,to meet the cleanliness requirement of clean room .
Casing with cold-rolled steel plate or stainless steel type
With G4 and H13 HEPA filter two level filtration to ensure the purification class
High quality sensitive infrared system showering automatically,imported electronic interlock device
With multi-angle adjustable stainless steel nozzles,both sides blowing design,it can remove dust more clear.
Liquid-crystal displayer, air shower time 0-99S adjustable and show the air showering time
Adopted high air volume , low noise external rotor fan ,surface air velocity more than 25m/s,could meet national standards Air showering factory tested according to U.S.Federal Standard 209Eone by one to ensure product quality.

Removes surface-deposited contaminant from personnel prior to entering the cleanroom
• Self-contained, turnkey chambers are preassembled at the factory and shipped in two sections (top and bottom) to save shipping space and for quick installation at destination
• HEPA-filtered air (rated 99.99% efficient at 0.3 microns) washes over personnel to dislodge loose particles that accumulate on
garments
• Electromagnetic interlock system prevents the doors from opening during the air shower cycle , to kleep the cleanroom from cross-contamination
• Door locks automatically release in case of a power outage or press the Emergency Exit button
• Shower time and door interlock duration can be programmed using the touchscreen control panel
• Air nozzles can be adjusted to redirect streams of air
• Energy-efficient LED lighting includes motion-activation
